Garlic sauce.
As salaamu alay kum,
2 large cloves of garlic or according to how much garlic flavor you like
1 egg white
salt to taste
3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 tsp of white vinegar/ or lemon juice I like the taste of vinegar better
fresh herbs of your choice or other spices (optional)
Using a small kitchen chopper/ food processer put in the two cloves of garlic and blend until they are in very small pieces. Then add the egg white and blend for about 2 minutes then add salt to taste and half the oil and blend for a couple minutes. Add the vinegar and the rest of the oil and blend for a few more minutes it should be smooth and thick kind of like mayo but its lighter. Spread it on chicken or beef sandwiches or eat with french fries (its so good with the Arabic potato cubes they sell in the restaurants that have garlic and cilantro on them).
