Egg Pudding Empty Egg Pudding

Here is a quick and easy dessert that my aunty made for lunch today.


6 eggs
1 litre milk
1 tin (385g) condense milk
1 tub( 250ml) ultramel cream or fresh cream
2 tablespoon custard powder
ΒΌ teaspoon cardomon powder

1. Liquidise all the above ingredients.
2. Place in a casserole dish.
3. Place blobs of butter on the top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes till done.
