Salmon cakes! Empty Salmon cakes!

As salaamu alay kum,

4 medium pieces of salmon ether fresh of frozen

Cook in the oven with a little oil salt and pepper when its done take it out and break it into small pieces and let it cool down.

When it cool add..

1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
salt, pepper to taste
2 tbls of minced onion

Shape into about 7 patties circle shape then push flat a bit.

Get a pan really hot till it sizzles cover the bottom with vegetable oil on medium/ high heat... Place the salmon cakes in the pan and cook for about 7 minutes on each side till medium color brown. Don't try to flip it until the 7 minutes are up of it may fall apart. It may need a minute of two less or more it depends how strong your stove is.

Put on toasted hamburger buns and put dill mayo spread on it witch is in the marinades section yummm....
