Chocolate bar!
2 tbls of coconut oil
2 tbls of cocoa powder
2 tbls of honey
Melt all the ingredients in a small pot. Have a banana bread dish lined with tinfoil ready to pour in the mix when its done melting. Or any other shape dish you want the chocolate to mold into, Put it in the freezer for a few hours before eating it.
You can add some nuts, dried fruits or whatever else you would like in the mixture after pouring it in the dish.
Also you could do the same thing then make a layer of peanut butter (thinned out maybe with milk) then freeze it again. Then do another layer of chocolate and freeze it then eat, It will take longer but it will be nice. Be creative with your favorite filling/foods/shapes and ideas!!!!
The whole bar has 330 calories and is so delicious!!!

Very interesting! I have never heard of this mashaAllah. I'm not sure if we can get coconut oil in Libya. I think that coconut oil is solid and white at room temperature is it not? I remember buying a jar many years ago in the UK.

Yes it is solid but melts at a certain temperature. That's why you would have to use this oil to make this. Other oils wouldn't have the same effect as this. You could just use an unsweetened dark chocolate bar and melt it with a little butter and honey. I not sure of what the measurements would be it would be a whole different recipe really but just an idea.
