Santrafresh? Does anyone know it? :)

This is almost as much a dessert as a drink. I have been looking for this in google searches and came up with nothing and it is a mystery to me where it originated. I am not sure if i even spelled it correctly but that is what the people here call it. It is sold in Cafes here in Libya and is very popular. We recently opened a cafe at our family farm / muntaja mashaAllah and everyone buys this.

Here are the ingredients:

hot milk, cornflakes, chocolate nut spread (like Nutella or Nutcao), chopped nuts/ peanuts.
Put them in a cup in that order then use a spoon to enjoy.
