A healthy dip!

As salaamu alay kum sisters,

I had this tonight sorry for not taking a picture next time Insha'Allah.

I had raw celery and cauliflower as well as pita bread, mozzarella cheese and green sliced olives. It tastes the best with the cauliflower, olives and pita bread.

4 tbls of full fat I used %14 sour cream
2 squeezes of bottled lemon juice or fresh that might be about 1/2 tbls or to your taste of course
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic grated fine ( I used a large one I have a strong garlic taste in my mouth now after eating it maybe you could use a small to medium size one).
paprika a generous layer all over the top.

Mix up well and layer paprika on top.

Also dry dill tastes really nice with sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper I would leave the other ingredients out though if you use dry dill. I would say about 1 tbls or so of the dry dill.....
