Ritz cracker chicken nuggets!
1 whole chicken breast cut into large to medium cubes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup melted butter
Ritz crackers as much as needed to coat the chicken(put them in the food processor and make them fine like bread crumbs).
Line a baking tray with wax paper and pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Put some salt and pepper on the chicken chunks not to much salt though since the crackers have salt. then dip them in butter and last coat with the crackers. You could also double it up dip in butter again then the crackers again. Cook uncovered for about 35 minutes flipping half way through. Wax paper is best to use because this dose stick to tinfoil but not with the wax paper. This is nice with plum sauce!!!!!!!!!!!
