Nutty Mocca Biscotti

Assalamu aliakum,

These are good, masha Allah.


- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Nescafe (or ground American coffee)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup walnut crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


- Mix eggs & Nescafe until well-blended, then put aside.
- Combine flour & baking powder, then set aside.
- Beat sugar & butter until soft and well-blended.
- Add egg & nescafe mix to sugar & butter
- Gradually add flour mix. Beat after every adding.
- Stir in nuts & choc. chips
- Cut dough in half & roll into 2 big logs.
- Bake 25 mins at 235F.
- Cool for 10 mins.
- Diagonally cut logs into about 1 inch thick slices.
- Bake another 10 mins or until dry & crisp.
