Avocado dip

1 large ripe avocado
1/4 medium size onion
1 medium tomato
A bunch of fresh cilantro (I like a lot of it but to each his own) probably most would use about 1/4 cup before begin minced up.
1 green chili or 1/4 a jalapeno pepper or 1/2 if its not to hot (I sometimes use 1/4 tsp of dry red chili flacks)
Salt to taste
About 1 tbls of lemon or lime juice

Some people fry up a clove up garlic and add it in but I don't

Mash the avocado up till smooth then chop the vegetables up in small pieces and add salt and lemon juice and mix up this is the chuncky version.

Sometimes I just put it all in the food processer and blend together till smooth my husband likes it this way.

Eat with tortilla chip or what I do is put some pita bread in the oven and make it hard and break it up and use like chips its nice. Sometimes I just eat it with a fork to with no chips.........
