Thick cinnamon smoothie

5 to 6 pieces of ice
1 heaping tbls of manuka honey / or regular honey
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of milk
2 large frozen bananas
5 small dates or 3 big ones (optional). This makes it more creamy and has chunks for texture

Mix well and drink with a straw or eat with a spoon.

1 tsp of cinnamon will be a lot for some people I love a lot there are so many health benefits in it that's on of the reasons I put a lot of it but I also like the taste. This can be a meal on its own its so filling.
