salaam

ingredients:
500grms of minced meat
1/2 loaf of bread
2 green chillies
1 egg
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
1tin of chopped tomatoes
few cumin seeds
few mustard seeds
3 tblsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of red chillie powder
salt
oil for frying
3 tblsp oil

method:

1. cut of all the edges out of the bread step.
2. add the bread in to a food processor and mix til you get bread crumbs step.
3. add the 2 green chilles, chopped onions,garlic, egg and salt in to the food processor along with the bread crumbs and mix till you get a paste.
4. mix the paste with the minced meat and make small balls out of it.
5. deep fry the meat balls (fry till the balls get quite hard) and keep aside.
6. take a pan add 3 tblsp of oil. when the oli is hot add the cumin seeds, and mustard seeds . fry till you get a nice smell and stops popping. then add the chopped tomtoes ,chilli powder,and salt and keep on fire till the tomatoes get thicker( for about 10- 15 min). then add the sugar and keep for about another 5 min and takeout off fire. 7. mix the deep fried meat balls with the tomato chutney. so it gets coated all over. 8.
prick the meat ball with a tooth pick so it is easy to take and serve.
