Wa alaikum salam wa ramatulah wa barakatu sister,

I made this with dinner last night and tweaked it a little considering DH likes creamy dressings I added a bit of Hellman's olive oil mayonnaise to be soy free and Balkan yogurt to take out the really mayonnaisey flavour and make it less salty, I also used local unpasteurised honey to be healthier instead of sugar which gives me headaches. I did use dried oregano but of course fresh would have made it way better I'm sure. The salad looked nice cut up the way described. I used a goats milk feta cheese, baby cucumbers and gourmet black olives along with the rest of the salad ingredients.
