Fried Fish - Libyan style

Any fish suitable for frying cut into 'steaks'.
Chilli pepper
Black pepper
baharaat / garam masala
garlic chopped
fresh lemon juice
flour to coat

sprinkle the fish with all of the other ingredients except the flour - you can leave to marinate in the fridge a while if you like or you can use it immediately.
Coat the now spicy fish in the flour and fry in vegetable / corn / sunflower oil until golden.

Serve with rice or fried potatoes and a nice salad. color-changing-flowe

Next time I cook this i will try to take some pics inshaAllah.
