Masala Steak

Here is a quick and easy recipe for steak.

MASALA STEAK


500g steak
1 t salt
1 t garlic masala
½ t ginger and garlic
1 t chilli pd
½ t crush cummin
¼ t crush pepper
Juice of ½ lemon

METHOD
1. Marinate the steak with the above ingredients.
2. Cook in butter till tender.
3. Then add tomato sauce,chilli sauce, 1T mayonaise and ½ t mustard sauce.
4. Serve with chips , pita bread and salads.
